1. Introduction

Welcome to ClearTaxProf, hosted at cleartaxprof.com. These terms govern your access to and use of our full-service accounting and tax filing solutions in the year 2025.

2. Service Overview

ClearTaxProf provides end-to-end support for preparation and submission of tax documents, bespoke accounting consultation, and related support resources. Additional offerings include digital guides and branded merchandise.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Clients may request a full refund within seven business days of purchase if no work has been started. Once any preparatory or filing action has commenced, fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling constraints. However, service delivery may be rescheduled once at no extra charge by notifying our team at least five business days before your original appointment.

3.2 Info Products

Digital guides and courses are eligible for a full refund within thirty days of purchase if not fully accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, email support with proof of non-use.

3.3 Goods

Physical items are eligible for a refund or exchange if notified within fourteen days of receipt and sent to our office in unused condition. Shipping costs for sending items to our location are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Limitation of Claims

We undertake reasonable measures to ensure accuracy of all deliverables. ClearTaxProf disclaims liability beyond the purchase price of the applicable service, product, or item.
